From 5 to 8 May International Art Salon Art Show Zürich 2010 was located in Zurich's former industrial square west of the Main Central Railway Station, now the Culture Mile, inside the historic foundry hall Puls 5 (Giessereistrasse 18).
ART SHOW ZURICH 2010 was a fresh approach to the international artist fairs. By showcasing international artists - among emerging and young artists - collectors discovered a selection across today’s actual art.
ART SHOW ZURICH 2010 invited artists to present their works directly and visitor could talk with them about these works. In the centrally located new culture mile of Zurich, inside the former historic foundry hall Puls 5, artists found a platform to show personally their latest works in stands which are laid out by themselves. ART SHOW ZURICH has created an interdisciplinary meeting space between artists and visitors, with a selection across today’s actual art in a pleasant environment.
ART SHOW ZURICH 2010 offered a unique environment attractive to passionate buyers.
Artists from all over the world are personally present with painting, sculpture, photography and other medias.
80 artists from 20 countries in 2010, personally present with painting, sculpture, photography and other medias. Art Show in Zurich was opened to the public free of charge and put the focus on personal contact with visitors to the artists in a relaxed atmosphere galleries.
In the endless sea of Contemporary Art Art Show organizers had chosen the most representative and original artists, so the Zurich Salon is a "mark", respected by professionals and the media. In addition, each year, Art Show is trying to impress European visitors artistic exoticism.
This year At ART SHOW ZURICH 2010 there will be presented artists from: Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, France, Great Britain, India, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Cuba, Macao, Holland, Romania, Russia, Switzerland, Slovakia, South Korea, Ukraine, USA. Many of the artists were present at the fair, so visitors could meet with them in person and discuss their artworks in detail.
